- Information collected automatically: device type, browser, operating system, IP address, approximate location, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, button clicks, and similar usage data collected via cookies, pixels, and analytics tags.
- Information from third parties: data from our reservation provider (QuickTable), delivery and pickup partners (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats, Caviar), payment processors, advertising platforms, and analytics providers (Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager).
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations and respond to inquiries.
- Process online orders and coordinate pickup or delivery through our partners.
- Improve our menu, service, and the Site through aggregated analytics.
- Send transactional messages such as booking confirmations, reminders, or service updates.
- Send marketing emails or SMS only when you have opted in. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to any SMS.

- Payment processing: handled by our delivery partners or in-house POS provider for in-restaurant transactions. We do not store full card numbers.
- Email & communications: our email service provider used to send confirmations and (with consent) newsletters.
6. Data Retention
